The Insight
Out of home advertising is all about location location location. I was noticing how stop signs get tagged constantly and then I realized what a waste of a perfectly good billboard to promote something that counts.
The Idea
Make stickers that match the font and color of city stop signs and place a simple call to action led by STOP in order to give drivers and passengers a moment to realize all the need to do to stop this destructive presidency is get out and vote this November 3rd. Still working on matching the proper red color 🤦🏽♂️
In order to get it right, I had to source the fonts, the coloring and sizing before going to print.
Final mock was sent to print….always a nerve-racking feeling, but equally exciting.
First run was ok, but I underestimated how large the signs are and my red was wayyyy too dark. Practice makes perfect as they say.
