Wash Your Mouth Out
Cleanliness is next to Godliness
Eracism
The Insight
As a kid, anytime I was caught using a dirty mouth, my Mom made me wash my mouth out with soap. I can still remember the burning sensation especially when it was dug into my teeth. With all the hate speak and racism blurting out of people’s mouths, maybe they should take a page out of my childhood book.
The Idea
Create a limited edition series of soaps that have the word ERACISM embossed into them. As the bars are used to wash their hands, little by little the words ERACISM wash away. It’s a simple yet powerful reminder to rid ourselves and others of enabling racism at all costs. Rinse and repeat. 🧼
